• Face Data: visual information from your device’s camera or uploaded photos containing your face. This data is used solely for applying AI-based filters and visual effects.

2. Use of Face Data

Face data is collected and processed only to provide the App’s main functionality — applying AI-powered filters, corrections, or visual effects.

• Purpose: Face data is used exclusively for visual enhancement and AI-based filter generation.
• Temporary Processing: The face image is processed in real time and not stored on your device or our servers after processing is complete.
• Third-Party Processing: For AI functionality, the image is securely transmitted to Fal AI, a third-party artificial intelligence service provider.
• Data Deletion: Fal AI processes the image temporarily and does not store, reuse, or retain any face data after the operation. No data is used to train AI models.
• Storage Duration: Face data exists only during the processing session and is permanently deleted immediately afterward.

3. How We Use Other Information

We may use general app data for purposes such as:

• Providing and maintaining app functionality
• Improving user experience and performance
• Sending important updates or notices
• Analyzing anonymized usage data to improve stability

4. Data Sharing

Your personal data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. However, we may share information:

• With Service Providers: Face data is shared only with Fal AI for the purpose of AI-based image processing.
• Analytics or Crash Reporting: Only non-identifiable technical data (never face data) may be shared to improve app stability.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose limited data if required to comply with the law or lawful requests.

5. Data Storage and Retention

• We do not permanently store personal or face data.
• Face data is processed via secure, encrypted HTTPS connections.
• Fal AI deletes the data automatically after completing processing.
• No data is retained by Elara AI or Fal AI beyond the processing period.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. While no method of transmission is entirely secure, all communications with Fal AI are encrypted and temporary.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access or deletion of your data
• Request corrections to inaccurate data
• Withdraw consent for processing where applicable
